LooksMaxx Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the LooksMaxx mobile application operated by GlowUp Labs LLC.

1. What LooksMaxx does

LooksMaxx lets users capture or upload selfies and receive on-device facial-analysis, grooming, skincare, and progress content.
LooksMaxx is intended for informational, lifestyle, and wellness purposes only.

LooksMaxx does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Content in the app, including product suggestions, skincare routines, and improvement ideas, is general information only.
Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before starting new treatments, supplements, prescriptions, or procedures.

You must only upload photos that depict you or that you have permission to submit.
When you use the scan feature after consenting in-app, the current LooksMaxx build analyzes your selected selfie on-device through LooksMaxx's local face-geometry scan system.
If LooksMaxx later enables optional cloud scan enrichment in a future build, LooksMaxx will disclose that separately and require additional user consent before sending a selfie off-device.

LooksMaxx Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple in-app purchases.
Pricing, billing period, introductory offers, and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds, billing disputes, and subscription management are handled according to Apple's policies.

LooksMaxx uses computer-vision and algorithmic analysis and may return imperfect, incomplete, or subjective results.
GlowUp Labs LLC does not guarantee that any score, label, recommendation, or projected outcome is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
You use LooksMaxx and act on its recommendations at your own risk.
